Inside our private studio, our equipment turns back your body’s clock with noticeable results in just 12 days.

But effective workouts are only half the battle. That’s why all of our full time programs include robust meal plans that are custom-tailored to fit your body and the results you want.

Group Classes

Push yourself and be part of a team.

Our group classes are a mixture of sweat, laughter and teamwork packed into 45 minutes. Get ready for high-intensity, circuit based workouts that provide improved athletic capacity and conditioning, metabolism, and fat burning of up to 1,000 calories per class. But effective workouts are only half the battle.

That’s why when you buy any one of our group class packages, you get a private consultation to outline goals, adjust your diet, and project a clear path to success.

With a variety of classes like Cardio Kickboxing, Booty Sculpting, Rock Bottom Legs and 6 Pack Attack, our trainers will challenge you beyond traditional classes and target every part of your body. Check out our class schedule.
